Each Day

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
Psalm 32:8

Lord,
I am trusting in You to show me the way,
How You want me to live day by day.
You know the world I live in and what
I must face.
People without Your love make
this planet an empty place.
You're in me always, so comforting inside;
Whispering, "You are My child, you will survive."
Thank You for Your grace which flows to me
through it all,
My heart is waiting to hear Your call.
Whatever task You would have me to do,
You know that my joy is living for You!

His Road, His Way

"My Child, there is a road in life.
It was hewn especially for you.
Not just anyone may travel this road;
No, not one, just Me and you.
The road will be rocky, difficult to travel,
We will engage many a storm on the way.
The rain may blind you;I will be your eyes.
You may fall; I will pick you up.
If you stumble; I will guide you.
No matter what we face, we will be together.
That, My Child, is what really matters.
Cling to Me, beloved.
I will show you the way home.
